Selected studios and apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette, and some units feature a balcony or terrace, a pleasant spot for morning coffee or for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Facilities
The property offers free private parking on site with no reservation needed, free Wi-Fi in all areas, a terrace and sun deck, a garden with a barbecue, and a shared kitchen with a large table that guests may use after 12:00. Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, heating and a TV with satellite channels, while selected units add air conditioning, a seating area, a balcony or a terrace. Daily housekeeping, private check-in and check-out, invoices on request, key access, street and private parking spaces, and a designated outdoor smoking area are all part of the stay. Pets are not allowed and the indoor areas are smoke-free.

A 32 m² studio with a private kitchen, refrigerator and microwave, plus a terrace and balcony with garden views. It is air-conditioned and offers a sofa bed alongside the queen bed.
Studio
An air-conditioned 29 m² studio with a private kitchen and refrigerator, a seating area and a queen bed. A practical choice for two guests who prefer preparing their own meals.
Double Room
A simple double room with a king bed and a private bathroom. It is located on the ground floor, has no windows and a balcony door leads out to the terrace.
